OOTP X Issues

Here are some issues with OOTP X that would be nice to see fixed:

1. Fixed Salary Cap- I've been waiting since OOTP 3 to see a fixed Salary Cap. Don't care about any financials except that all team are required to be under a certain salary at ALL Times. Currently teams can easily 'work around' the salary cap. NO game should play with a team over the salary cap.

2. Demoting from DL to Minors during the regular season - this is documents many places in the forum so I won't bore folks with details.

3. SB & CS for current season do not show in stats during season.

4. Spring Training assignment. The game should not demote players automatically on human teams !!

5. Playoff Setup does not hold between seasons. Once the League is setup to have Wildcard teams in the playoffs (or any custom playoff schedule) you should not have to change these each year.

That's a puzzler. I have no problem getting stats on SBs, SBAs (for catchers), CS, by team and by player, at any time. So where are you looking for this and not finding it?

Change your split to Versus Left or Versus Right and they'll be no SB/CS stats

I suppose the game isn't collecting that data. The pitcher's Hold rating is what influences the SBA decision in OOTP, not his handedness -- though a historical pitcher's Hold ability, and captured in the rating, might be partly the result of his handedness.
