BZ 3476: Champions history after expansion

Played 10+ years with 1 league. Added a second 'sub league'.

All previous champions listed are now incorrect in the "History Index"... (the losers of the championship series are now listed as having won.)

I did this with a 1x4 league then expanded to 2x4 and it didn't switch over all the winners. It appears that the team that had the second best record got given the title in the history (but only got bolded if they actually won it)
