BZ 3467: OOTPX disappears from taskbar while running minimized

Windows XP, OOTP version 10.2.16:

When I minimize OOTP while it is performing a task, such as simming or loading a league, it will often (more than 50% of the time) disappear from the Windows taskbar. I thought it was crashing, but upon checking the Windows Task Manager, it is still listed as a running application. I have never had this problem with any other program, so I believe it is an OOTP problem.

The program reappears on the taskbar if I select "Switch To" in Task Manager.
