Removing Injuries Leaguewide

Recently, I've developed the old OOTP itch again after taking several years off from the game. I fired up the version of OOTP9 I purchased (and barely played!) last year and am already in need of assistance. I set up an inaugural draft with the game's default rosters, hoping that injured players would also be reset to normal health. Unfortunately this did not happen and all injured players in the roster set remain unchanged. Is there a way for me to delete current league injuries so that all players are healthy at the time of my draft? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
