Can't Manage Games

I'm getting a strange situation in a saved game I've been playing. After loading the game a box comes up asking me to pick a manager identity. When I do it shows me as manager of that team, but none of the games for the day have any options to quick play or anything. My team's game doesn't offer me the Manage option, either. And I don't have the ability to Finish Today. How do I get control back of my game?

I think I figured it out. I was messing around with the League Settings and turned on Online Mode. Let this be a lesson to you, kiddies: don't mess with things you don't understand! Heap big juju!
