MLB Quickstart, Manually Bumped budgets 20% for each team.
Trade Settings = Hard, Favor Prospects.

Responding to a trade with discuss further. Adding $1 results in opposing GM being willing to complete the trade now, when the initial reaction was "NO WAY". I can even remove the players I am offering and complete the trade for $1.

This makes cash in trade totally useless since the AI can't seem to evaluate it properly.

sfeld, if it's possible, could you do me a favor? Find such an instance, preferably in the new patch if you've installed it, and forward me the front office financial screenshots or detail the accepting team's financials for me? I'll even take the .dat files for the league, if you'd be kind enough to upload them after discovering the incident again.

I'm unable to duplicate this with the new patch, so that's good! You can close, i'll repost if it occurs again.
