Pre-season? (edit game settings)

When is the pre-season date so I can change settiings to the league?

The exact date can vary from year to year, but is usually somewhere in the vicinity of Feb 1. When you get to Jan 1, you can check the Auto-Play menu, which will show a list of key dates leading to the playoffs, one of which will be the pre-season start date.

thanks...at preseason date 2-6. However it wont let me edit schedules. Say schedules can only been done during pre-season. Confused now?

I'm drawing a blank on that one. I know you can edit schedules, but exactly when that option opens up, I'm not sure (haven't done it in quite awhile). If you don't get help from someone on this thread, you might try another thread with a title that is more specific to that problem.

Sometimes the day is the 14th or the 15th or any other day in early February it seems. Go to your league schedule screen (the one where you choose what games to play) and look at the Auto-Play Until Event list. It should say when the next season begins.
