Line up is not working properly.!!
I have players in my lineup but when i sim game and look in box score I see that they didnt even play in the game? I've tried changing batting order and it still does the same thing. Am i doing something wrong? It just started to happen middle 3rd season in?. I am currently in double A ball working my way up but that "shouldn't" have anything to do with it... I would think.
Thanks in advance * And now my lineup is changing after every game? Huge flaw for me as I have customized each lineup with different players. HELP! lol Last edited by honestlybusy; 06-15-2009 at 03:52 PM. |

The possible reasons why a player in the lineup doesn't actually play in a particular game include:
1. He's less than 100% rested, and the depth chart has a backup designated to go in when he's not rested. 2. The depth chart has a backup designated to go in every XX games, and it's his turn. 3. The 7-day lineup feature has been activated, and it is pre-empting what it says in the depth chart. 4. Somehow you've designated the AI the control your line-ups and depth charts without realizing it. I should add that in the case of the first two, when a backup player comes into the lineup, the AI will change the batting order automatically. Just so you know. Those are some things you can check out. If you are still having a problem, you will probably need to provide more information about exactly what you are seeing. |

Just add a post to your thread in Technical, that you got it figured out, and someone will close that thread for you.

This is how i solved my problem.
Go to Individual tabs "Batters vs. LHP" then RHP, then LHP w/DH, RHP w/DH and designate them to NEVER Sub. I watch my lineups very closely and see who is tired or hurt after every game. Once again, this is how i solved my problem. I never have any problem with AI changing my lineup now. |
