I didnt get a license????

I bought this game from bestbuy games on the internet. i downloaded the game. i have a 10 digit order number and a 14 digit unlock code/serial number. ive downloaded the game but niether one of these numbers works for the order # on the licensing page. am i overlooking something or did i not get a valid license number. i really want to play this game and this is getting very frustrating. any help would be appreciated.

Does one of the numbers start with VT-XXXX..... ?

the is not a vt- number. the 10 digit number is all numbers the serial/unlock is a mixture of letters and numbers.

Another curious thing, you say you bought from bestbuy games. I'm not aware that OOTP is available from any other source but OOTPD right now.

Can you post a link of where you bought this?

I looked on bestbuy.com and bestbuygames.net and could not find OOTP.

Are you sure you bought the right game?

Do this;

Get a hold of Best Buy and/or Digital River. I've dealt with Digital River in the past and found them legit. Tell them that you did not receive the correct license code which must begin with VT-XXXX....

PM or E-mail Battists aka Steve Battisti. Give him all of your info, including the receipt or confirmation from Bestbuy. Ask him to confirm if this was a scam. I personally have never heard of OOTP being available from any other site other than Steam (last year) and OOTPD.

Call your Credit Card company and let them know that you dispute the charge.

If you trust me send a copy of your receipt to me via PM or E-mail at rwse2001@yahoo.ca. I completely understand if you don't want to do this.

I don't know what else to say, but I would like to help you.
