ktully Minors (Single A) Join Date: Jan 2003 Posts: 89	Financials I play a 24 Team Fictional League. I started everyone with a $100 million draft budget. $100,000,000 salary cap. I am half way through the first season, but no one will trade because everyone is up against the cap. I am looking for some recommended financial settings. I want as much parity in payroll as possible.
