Complete Disk Failure

One of the computers that I installed X on had a hard disk while playing OOTP. (Strangely enough, this same disk crashed once before while playing Puresim, though I reformatted it and have been using. I guess it just doesn't like baseball.) Anyway, I'm probably going to just replace the whole computer. Will my license work on a new computer, or will I have issues since I am unable to de-license it from the crashed system?

You should still have one of your licences left. But it's probably an idea to email support@elicense.com and explain what has happened.

* assuming it's PC, if it's Mac or Linux best to go to the webstore and follow the contact us links.

Simply email elicense and tell them. They can unlicense for you. I've never had a problem always maintaining my licenses on two machines despite hard drive failures, etc., over the years.

I'll definitely email them. This was my second license and I don't want it to be wasted, as it didn't even make it a week on this computer!

I'll close this thread out as it's not something that can be logged as a problem. Hopefully elicense get back to you soon. If not email sales@ootpdevelopments.com as a second option (they won't be able to release the license but can badger elicense), but you should hear within a day or so.
