PC/MAC: Mac was trying to use the View drop-down on the Roster page What happened? When I selected the "Batting Stats" view, the game crashed. Reproducible? Yes What were you doing? I am having a small issue with the email service in the OOTP 10 when using automator. The following are the steps I took" The following items are checked on the automator panel: "Create & Upload League file" "Create & send results" After I click on execute I will get the following message: Starting creation and uploading of the league file... Finished creation and uploading of the league file successfully Sent sim emails to GMs. Successfully sent 8. Sending failed: 1 Error Messages: my_send_email - cannot send email: Could not open connection to smtp server Unfortunately, I am unable to see who the email did not go to and why it sends all the others and not one. Is there a way to resend this again? I tried by choosing just the "Create & send results" but it only shows a single day instead of the 7 days or whatever we decided to sim. You are correct, if you try to re-send it using the automator, it won't work because the automator is designed to send the email based off of how many days the automator simmed. What you want to do here is look on the left side of the Commish home page, you should see a link to send emails on that side that you can click. when you do click it, it will ask you what date was the start date for your sim. Just change the date to when your sim started and hit ok, and it will re-send the emails from that date. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the help on the email issue. The first question was a copy and paste that I must have forgot to delete.
As for the my_send_email issue, I was unable to find a manager that had that as an email. I do not know if it has something to do with my email server or not. Maybe there is some sort of port problem. It just seems strange that it will send the email to everyone but miss one person each time I run the sim. If you are still having a problem, try manually sending the emails not using the Automator. In the Commissioner Automator screen, on the left should be a link to manually send the emails. When you click on it, a box pops up asking what day the sim started on for that session. Choose the proper date and then send the emails from there. You should have a screen pop up with each email that it attempts to send, with their email address. If it hangs on one, you can see exactly which email it hangs on. (You will need to watch this process though in order to tell which one hangs, but it is quick).
