Help setting up MLB with only 3 levels of minor leagues.

Hey I would like to start a game with MLB and only 3 levels of minors. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this? I don't just want to delete the leagues from the regular MLB setup because all the prospects get dumped into free agents.

Probably not the easiest course, but I go team by team and move all prospects with more than one star to the Single-A level. Then I delete the leagues and let the one star and worse guys get dumped to the free agent pool.
