Custom MLB

I am currently trying to figure out how to create a custom league using the current 2009 MLB and Minor League Players. Basically I want to do a real MLB season but draft the real players to the teams I want them on.

Create a new MLB league. Go to the Game dropdown menu, Game Setup. You should see a 'release all and schedule inaugural draft' button.
