Arbitration?

I just simmed through my first year of OOTPX and I was just wondering...where is this new arbitration? I couldn't seem to find any arbitration screen or anything when it came to that time during the off-season. Am I missing something?

Yeah, the first time in beta, I missed it too.

The arbitration menu is available starting when the offseason starts (like 2 days after the end of the World Series). Its in the same menu like where the First Year Entry draft becomes available (at the top of the League menu I think). It is available through the start of the FA period.
