BZ 3175: Missing help on personal message message box
Im having a minor issue when I press Help after the popup box "You have received a personal message." in the manager area.

It says "Headline" Content...File name = help_22000006.tpl

This is my bad, it's an online manual issue. I've logged it as BZ 3175.

Don't worry about it though, it just means that there was no help page created for that particular help button!
