Problem with rookie average records

I have a problem with the OOTP4.2 recording rookie batting average in the league record section. I delete the record back to .000 and every season it doesn't record the record. Any help please?

are any rookies qualifying for the league batting title? If none have qualified (in otherwords had the requesite number of Plate Appearences) they are not eligible for the record.

The batting average record is only recorded after hitting proceed to next season.

No they qualify because the rookie hit record is close to 200 hits. You see after the 1st season of play I reset the rookie records because it was everyones first season of play and the overall average record would also be the rookie record.

All the rookie records seem to be working like hits, homeruns, rbi's. I might add this is a created 20 team league using fictional players generated with injuries turned off, finances turned off, coaches turned off. The National part of the league computer keeps the rookie record at .000. The American part had troubles to it listed someones record one year then I look at who won the outstanding newcomer award and his average was higher with enough at bats to qualify, and he wasn't giving the record which he should have gotten.

Oh yeah minor league simming is turned off too. I just simmed another season and what do you know a National league rookie average showed up, but I still don't trust it that it always will remember if somebody breaks that record with enough at bats to qualify.
