Fictional Baseball Cards

While waiting for OOTP X, I was just wondering if anyone was working on a way to create baseball cards using facegen pictures and fictional teams backgrounds. Can facegen photos look Ok in a baseball card size? I feel cards could add a nice element to a fictional league.

We use them as a perk in the WBH and EAB (Names in my sig)
