What percentage of current MLB players do you think have facial hair?

Basically, I'm updating the settings on my face gen for my game because I'm currently getting way too many clean shaven players, which I'm not complaining about considering the majority in the mlb are, but I need some scruff to my league that reflects real life. So my question now is what percentage of current mlb players are wearing facial hair? Granted it varies team by team but my estimate of pretty much clean to scruff warranting ottp facial hair would be around 70/30, 75/25, 80/20, 85/15 at the most. Just rough estimates. What do you guys think?

p.s. is there some place or a link of some kind where i can find out what each type of facial hair actually is and looks like, ie beard 1, beard 2 beard 3? thanks appreciate it.

1) I use 70/30. Whatever works for you is what's right. The percentage of real players with facial hair changes probably day to day depending on who shaved and who didn't!
2) Look in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\facegen (your actual link may vary, but that's where I find the facegen folder). I think you'll see the different styles there in graphic form.

By the way, do you know about Bobble's excellent Facial Hair Mod and the Booster Pack? They add lots of neat options to the players' appearances. You can find it at Padresfan's Mod Website Go to OOTP Baseball in the Mods Directory and then to the FaceGen section. Down near the bottom of the right column you'll see Bobble's two files. They're neat!

thanks I know about it and tried to actually add it a couple days ago, but couldn't get it to work properly. For whatever reason when I tried to add them in they would never show up usually when I pressed the change beard option, just a clean shaven face. Any suggestions. haha yea and i'm using around 75/25

The first thing I can think of is did you unzip them to the right spot? They go in: C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\facegen along with the other facegen beards. If you can see them in that folder with the default files, then the next time you load OOTP, it should recognize them and add them to the list. Then, of course, you'll have to go through the list and put their frequency to something greater than zero. BTW, I've had some issues when hitting the "change facial hair" button where it doesn't always want to use all available files. Let me know if this doesn't work for you.
