tMBU - Talent only & Writing league

Folks,

The tMBU is a league which is just entering the Free Agency period. We use a Player Agent who is a real life guy. He sits on the sidelines and participates by assessing player worth and acting instead of using the in-game FA engine (which can be a little whack, let's be honest).

So, we've got a participation points system and this means you need to write a little a few times each season about your team.

We move fast, SIMming 10 days per SIM on a Tues, Thurs and Sun and have a committed (in both senses of the word) commish.

Pop over and Register for our forum and open an account. Have a look around our the Money Ball Union main page (under renovation) and see if you can.

Right now, we have Santa Fe and Georgia up for new GMs.

If you are looking for a talent only league, many GMs in this league are rock solid. I'm speaking completely as an outside source as I don't have a team in the league, but I've played with many of the people in the tMBU.

I'm also saying this even though my rebirth BCBL is still in need of 9 or so GM's before we can get our new league file moving. If your looking for a talent only league, tMBU is a great bunch of guys.

I have played in a lot of leagues, and this one definitely best simulates what I think being a real life GM would be.

We almost never miss a sim and have a pretty aggressive sim schedule and offseason which allows new owners to put their mark on their team pretty quickly.

As we head towards the summer, we have 2 teams open. Both are in need of a challenge.

Their names are:

The Georgia Rebels:

and The Saskatchewan Storm

Both teams have a healthy level of talent but are in need of a GM to tweak their benches and move some guys up. Both teams are not big projects, have some big names and Georgia are worth a postseason dollar!
