Can't upload logos

I'm having the hardest time uploading team logos. I have the files in the right directory, but when i try to upload it always says "cant save file. Maybe file is being used or write-protected." I can't figure this out. Are my files too big? They are 150x150. And i use pictures found off the internet.
Anybody know how to get around this?

Where are you trying to upload the logos to? We need more detailed step-by-step explanation of what you are doing and what is happening to be able to help.

Alright, I have the logos in the folder titled Images. This is in my league called fantasy. the logos are with all the other player and teams logos. When i go to, say, Texas Rangers options and click to change their logo, I then click on one of my logo files. It is then that i get the error message. I've tried numerous ways to get around this but they just don't work.

They have to be in png format. Delete the texas_rangers in your folder and then name the new png, texas_rangers and it should work when you restart your game.

Are you using Vista? I had trouble using logos in Vista. Ones I downloaded would not work. Ones I created worked fine. Drove me crazy. I don't remember exactly what error I got but it was something like yours. Ended up the files were encrypted. If that's the case, you can right click on the file in Vista and select Properties...Advanced and uncheck Encrypt Contents.

Maybe you should just upload the logos to this thread. We have plenty of people who can right the ship of these logos and hopefully, get them working for you.

I am using Vista, but the files don't appear to be encrypted. This really sucks.
