OOTP Crashing During Simulation

I'll try to explain this as thoroughly as possible.

I've been running OOTP leagues for a long time, and I've been simming my league and when I run a sim, it crashes after all the games on that particular day have been simmed, including the minor league games. I've done everything the FAQ says about what to do if the game repeatedly crashes. After following the step where I put the .dat files into a different folder, I have come to realize that either one or many of the .dat files are corrupt, because it does the same thing in that folder.

When the game crashes it gives a dialog box that says, "OOTP 9 has stopped working" and the game just shuts down.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
