OOTP 9 - Unable to view pitching staffs or batting lineups

i have successfully played 2 complete seasons on OOTP 9 and when i logged into my saved game recently i identified that i am now unable toview my pitching staffs, my roster or my batting lineup. All other tabs seem to work.

It is the same with all previous saved games and all new games which i create. The game shuts down and a windows message pops up saying "OOTP Baseball 9 has stopped working windows is checking for a solution to the problem", it then says "OOTP Baseball 9 has stopped working A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

The program then closes.

I have uninstalled and re installed the game 3 times but the problem continues to arise
