Money Available for extensions problem

According to my salary report page, I have a 87 million projected payroll in 2024, however according to my finances page, I have a 99 million projected payroll in 2024.

What is up here? This is preventing me from signing Jose Cordoba (My bigtime 1B) to an extension.

What period in the game are you at? If you're in spring training the front office screen will include salaries for those minor leaguers even if they aren't on major league contracts.

The layout of the image indicates that the number in your team finances page includes scouting and staff expenses, maybe? The player salary report only includes player contracts, of course. I don't normally play with scouting or coaches enabled, so I don't recall off-hand.

I do not think that is the case (As this is the first time I've encountered this problem in the 20+ of this specific game.

Also it would add up to 100 mill plus if that were the case. This problem just started appearing this season, and only thing I can think of coinciding with it is me downloading the latest patch.

Is there something I can edit maybe through commissioner mode which can fix this?

Bump, so any thoughts on what I can do about this? Ive put my game on hold hoping to fix this first but if it cant be fixed I will continue playing.
