50% contract rule

Does anyone know if the control that only allows a 50% decrease from the highest to lowest contract year is an uncheckable option? I do not want to have to go into commish mode to adjust contracts.

I didn't know such an option even existed. Where on earth is it?

It's not. He's talking about how the game 'limits' you to certain salary sizes in each year of a contract.

i.e., you want offer a 2 year deal with $10m, you can't do 3/7.
