AI roster changes to my roster

I have the manager setting set to where only I change my rosters, and am coaching a minor league team, so occasionaly the GM shuffles the guys around. They last couple of weeks, during the demo, it was fine people would leave and it would be leave hole in my line up and such where the players left.

Yesterday I bought the game but when there is a change the AI reorders my whole team, not just new guys, and adds lineups and depth charts for a DH when I leave them blank since there is no DH anywhere in my leagues.

Is there something I accidently change? is it because I bought the game? seems odd it would be but was not an issue until I bought it. But it is bother some to re work my whole line up and pitching staff when I lost a 2nd basemen and gained an outfielder

I seems it may have been a fluke or something, the last 2 changes have worked correctly, but I have been saving screen shots of my depth charts so I know who is starting and when I have the back up in and such
