New owner password does not work

V 9.2.13 -- New owner cannot get password to work correctly.

Get everyone involved on 9.2.13 and have the GM redownload a fresh copy of the league files. That should do the trick.

We did all of that and just couldn't get it to work. Had to finally remove the password.
