FTP server

I'm new to all of this. I'm trying to export the files for an online league. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do for the port number, host name, directory, etc. Any examples would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you downloaded the league files from your commissioner, those settings should all be taken care of. You just have to Export Team via FTP from one of the menus on your team screens.
