Creating a list of teams FA money and extension Money

How do I go about finding a way to create list of teams money for FA's and Extensions so the players of my league will now what they have to spend or can spend?

And once you guys figure out an answer, use these pages to advertise team openings in your leagues. When taking over a new team, I want to know how they look on the top prospect list, and/or how much FA money they will have.
