Running OOTP9 with Vista

Hello,
I've bought OOTP 9 a while ago and always played it with lots of joy.

Recently I got a new laptop with Windows Vista installed.
Every time I try to run OOTP9 it gives an error saying:
"OOTP Baseball has stopped working" or something along the lines of it.
Then Vista gives me two options:
Close the prorgram or Search for solutions on the internet but it gives no results.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Have you tried right-clicking on the OOTP 9 icon and selecting "Run as Administrator"?
