General Manager and managers
When you yourself enter the game as a GM you find yourself in the buying and selling of player business. Mostly true.
Now the other AI directed GM should then be your adversaries. Looking at values for these guys I am truly speculating what should be numbers for a very good GM. The GM fictional created in the Quick Start is very low on Handling Players, Vets and rookies. Scouting values are pretty low too. Isn´t this the "guy" the AI uses to buy and sell players ???? Should he be very high on some of these numbers ? Then of course a Manager should perhaps have something more than handling of players or teaching them hitting, pitching, outfield. What I miss is some more values on these GM and managers. Is the AI handling these "hidden" values ? When the AI "owner" fire a GM he should base it on something when he sign a new one of available staffs. This issue seams to be dark too me. Please could someone explain about GM and managers and what makes them great like Bobby Cox both as GM and managers, then can I find a new John Schuerholz. |
