Player Creation Modifiers for the Draft

Simple question:

My league is lacking power hitters (i.e. highest potential guy is like 8 out of 10)

If I want to add more power hitters to the draft, do I go to 1.2 or .8 for the player creation mods??

From the manual:

Quote:
. . . if you have two major leagues in your universe, and one has the default Traditional OOTP PCM value of 1.000 for Home Run Power, while the other has a Traditional OOTP PCM value of 0.500 for Home Run Power, then Home Run Power talents and ratings will be roughly 50% lower in the second league.
So to answer your question, you would go higher, not lower. How much is up to you and whether you are willing to test or just wait and see.
