MLB/fictional
I want to play a MLB league, with all the original team names and minor leagues, etc... But i only want it all with fictional player's, and hold a inaugral draft at the start of the game.
How do i create that?

When you start a new game from the opening screen, choose fictional league, and in the next box there is an option at the top called "Select a Pre Defined Structure", one of the options there is the current mlb structure. After you hit the next step button at the bottom right, you can then change the team names to whatever you want, rename the leagues, etc. When you get to step 4 of the setup, just leave the "Hold Inaugural Draft" box checked. That should do it for you.

There's also something to be said for using the MLB quickstart, releasing all (real) players, deleting all free agents (as commissioner), filling rosters with fictional players, releasing players one more time and scheduling an inaugural draft. This preserves the league, division, team, and stadium names at least and makes the application of logo, uniform, and ballpark mods easier.
