Changing Owner Passwords

I have four new owners. I tried changing their passwords to something standard, so that they could change it later. Two have been able to sign in, two haven't. Do you guys have any idea what's up? Also, what's the best way to change passwords?

We're using OOTP 9.

Note that there are two places to enter an owner's password: you put it in once, at the "Enter password" box, and then you put it in again right beneath there, at the "Confirm Password" box.

Make sure that you put the password in both the "Enter password" and the "Confirm password" boxes.

When I started my online league, I didn't notice the second box for "Confirm password" and we had a devil of a time with owners' passwords not working.
