Ootp8 & Ootp9

This may be a dumb questions and its probably posted somewhere, but I own OOTP8 and am currently putting together an online league, can people that own OOTP9 still download league files and submit their lineup files even though the league is being run on 8?

I don't believe so. In fact, on-line leagues have had import/export troubles when owners had different versions of OOTP9 than the commissioner's.

In this case, OOTP is not backwards compatible.
