Minor League Roster Question

Does the MLB roster set included with the new game include complete minor leagues (rosters, team names, logos, etc)?

I don't know all minor leagues but based on my knowledge of the Yankee affiliates, the MLB quickstart contains accurate minor league structure, team names, and rosters. Not logos and uniforms, however, but those are available on PadreFan's mod site.
