In playing historical dynasties I was thinking about the fatigue issue.
I can´t find it anywhere in the manual, but I know older games like Tony LaRussa used it very well.
When you have a player with perhaps only some 50-80 innings played that year and you used him 200+ he was in very big danger to get injured.
Same thing using a position player in 130-150 games that actually only played in 20-30. I know that the game have a fatigue issue on overuse, but I was hoping a historical thing would put Cal Ripken out on the field every day without getting worn down.
Any opponions on this, and perhaps if it isn´t in the game perhaps something for history buffs to hope for.
As it is know I understand that a pitcher that has pitch 200+ innings over many years have NO extra advantage in the fatigue issue than a pitcher than historically never made over 100 innings.
All is based on chances in the proneness numbers, OR is proneness numbers based on the historically stats ????
It actually could be ...... players with lots of games get injured less
