Processing Trades
How does a commish process trades in OOTP 9? I'm coming from 6.5.

Just be logged in as the commish, go to "act as" in the upper right corner and pick the first team, then choose the 2nd team the normal way and then force trade.

Ok, I did that. It created a news story. But players still on same teams. What gives?

That's extremely weird. Once the Commish does the Force Trade, it should happen instantly--especially if you saw it create the news story.
Did you import files from the teams after this? If so, it might have messed things up if the teams had already sent in an export from the pre-trade league file.
