Where can I get more pitchers?

In order to learn the mechanics of OOTP, I took over as manager of a Triple A franchise. In my beginning roster, I got 5 starting pitchers (one was injured) and 1 reliever. No closer, no nothing. So I am stuck with a 4-man rotation and the same reliever for every game.

Can I get some more pitchers myself or am I at the mercy of my parent club to supply the pitching staff? If I can, how do I get more pitchers on my staff?

You can-

a.) Go into commissioner mode, then go to the AAA team your are managings' Roster Page. There is an action button lower right side. Hit the action button and choose fill team with fictional players.

or

b.) Go to game setup\league setup, scroll down to roster functions and select fill all teams with fictional players.

These basically fill in the holes to give you 25 man rosters; not to replace your existing ones.
