BZ 1750: nations.txt Missing number

I do not know if this has been reported, and I do not even know if this is a big deal at all.
I just thought I would report it anyways...

nations.txt is missing a number for the indian race ratio.

See below.

49,Cuba,Cuba,CUB,Cuban,4,5,1,100,0,0,0,0,0,0,110,1 0,370,,510

Again, it may not be an issue or anything, but I thought it should be 0, instead of a space.
