Unlicense problem

Hello everyone

I just bought myself a new laptop, but I seem to be having problems clearing up one of the two licenses of the game.

My home computer crashed so obviously I can't unlicense the game anymore. And my work computer has some weird internet connection problems. I mean, the internet works just fine, but because of some proxy issues (maybe... can't say, I'm not an expert), when I click the Unlicense button, it says there is no Internet connection available. When I licensed the game, there was a way to license it offline, but I can't seem to find it for the other way around.

So now I'm stuck, can't unlicense any of the 2 versions, therefore can't install the game on my laptop.

Any ideas? Can the game be un-licensed some other way?

Please contact support@elicense.com, they can enable you another license if you explain your problem

deleted, because I'd put a reply and then gone to feed a baby and not clicked submit, but Markus had got there first.

I'm still going to move it to Technical Support though.

Thanks for the answers. I emailed Elicense support, hopefully this will all get sorted out. I wouldn't mind for them to unlicense both copies, I'll only play on my laptop from now on anyway.
