First Real Season
How do you guys recommend starting your first season? Should I just take a team and run as a comish or should I start as a unemployed manager?

I guess that implies the answer to your second question as well, where I said it would be a good idea to take over a team but delegate everything to your AI managers and just observe the game for a while as you sim each day.
