Problem with Scoreboard Screen - Mac

I just had a problem with the Scoreboard Screen arise today. I'm using the Mac version of OOTP9 on Mac OS 10.5. All of a sudden the Scoreboard page shows the number of runs in any inning as the inning number (i.e., in the first inning it shows 1 run for each team; in the second, 2 runs for each, etc.). The final line score is right. If I open the box score, the runs by inning are right.
I downloaded the data to csv files and looked at the game scores and the results by inning look right.

I started a new game and simmed a few games and checked the scoreboard and it shows the same problem.

I'm assuming a script has become corrupted. How do I fix this with minimal disruption to my game in progress?

Tried re-installing the patch, and that didn't solve the problem.
