BZ 1716, 1717: Possible Bug - Team Nationality Rules

It appears that the team nationality rules are not being enforced on human ran teams. I made a customer league and set the rules of no more then 4 international players allowed on each team. All teams are following these rules except for MINE which is the only human ran team in the league. All the US teams have 21 USA players, the Canadian team has 21 Canadians, and the Mexico team has 21 Mexicans.

And then there is my team which can have whatever they want... Is this a feature or a bug?

Can you make a copy of this league, quit as GM of your team, then sign on with another team to see if the issue is with the team or with the fact that you are a human GM?

It will have to wait till Monday since this league is on my work computer.

drafts are a known issue (BZ#1545), can you put foreign players on the major league/active roster and/or are you playing with minor leagues?

Well the screen cap is my active roster, those guys are on it now. And yes I'm playing with minor leagues (2 minor leagues to each team with ghosts on).

could you try turning on the pitcher or hitter limit and seeing if you can acquire someone a foreign player of the respective type?

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get back to this yet, work has been hectic because of the short week. I'll transfer my league to my work computer to mess with it.

Ok to answer your question, the game does enforce the pitcher or batter limit. But it doesn't care if it's just a team limit I can have as many as I want if i have no pitcher or batter limit.

Oh and also when I set the position limits the game didn't force me to change my existing team which had a number of international players on it. It only said something when I tired to add a new guy then.
