BZ 1648: Deleted League Trying to Draft

Playing around with the new version, I had a Mexican League that I deleted in 2020. No problems for 15 years, and then in 2035, the game freezes on June 15th, saying the Mexican League is trying to draft. The Game sits on 0% of the MEX draft for about 5 minutes, and then exits.

I just had the same thing happen. Player's League, deleted in 1890...trying to draft now in 1894 preseason.

Edit: Crashed out my game (didnt save), reloaded it, and ran it again. It worked ok (no PL trying to draft). Here's what was different though:

First time through, I added a new league (Southern Association). This is when the deleted PL tried to draft. Crashed game. Restarted game, did NOT add Southern Association. PL did not try to draft.

This issue has been claimed fixed for the upcoming patch. If after installing it you still experience this problem, please post a link to this thread in Tech Support along with an explanation of what happened so that we can re-open the report. Thanks!
