Duplicating CWS?

So..I'm sort of new to OOTP..have version 8. Debating on version 9.
Was wanting to know if there's any way to duplicate the College World Series..
I know you can create a College universe/seasons and the like, but can you alter the playoff system that way?
I never got much in-depth w/ version 8.

There is no way to do a double-elimination playoff in OOTP, unless someone has figured out a work around.
