BZ 1473: FaceGen Crash

Occurred in a league where I hit "esc" during facegen creation. When the league rolled to the next year, it crashed on Jan. 1st. I was able to get around by deleting the face.dat file, just thought I'd let the tech team know that hitting "esc" during face generation could be a potential problem.

Andreas responded with the following:

"I've tested it and also had a long look at the code, but it works for me and
the code looks absolutely stable and secure. The crash had another reason I guess."
