How do you set up a fictional league that has all the correct major league and minor league team names?

Why don't you try Icy's template.

It's a 2007 templates, but has all the correct MLB/minor team names as well as jerseys, logos etc.
All players will be fictional, and you will have the inaugural draft at the beginning.
