HABLA & HABLA East Need Owners

The Hardball Association Baseball League of America (HABLA) needs to find 5 owners to take over teams. It's a BBPro league (for now) which is in it's 18th season and is mostly fictional and historical players now (it started out with the 1998 MLB rosters). It's a great league with a dedicated commish. The available teams (if memory serves) are NYA, MIL, SF, PIT, & SEA. Most are in full blown rebuilding mode (ie. they suck), but Pittsburgh just drafted a 16 year old Babe Ruth and San Fran is at the twilight of a dynasty. Anyway, check out the site at www.myhabla.net

As a 16 season veteran of the league, I'm looking at trying to lure the owners to OOTP. To that end, I will be starting the HABLA East this season. It will be a 16 team league based in the Far East using fictional players. I'm currently working on a ruleset and an asian face pack for the league.

You're welcome to join one or the other, the only thing I ask is that if you want into the HABLA East, you look into joining HABLA (you don't need BBPro to participate). First dibs on spots in HABLA East will be given to owners with a HABLA team.
