League Concept

Hello all! I have been trying to find a league to expand my team into, but it seems as if it will be a bit hard, so what I am about to say might sound new or different, but I am dedicated to the ideal. I would like to find six-teen owners, or more, who could create their own franchise. There would be no restrictions on city or country; in fact, I would recommend as unique a place as possible. Seeing how this would be an international league(s), we would need to generate names from the region which would also be the job of the franchise, and could aid the development of the game as well. This would be a new and lengthy process, so I am planning on an 09 version start time, which means when the next version is released, not next year. If anyone is interested post here or send me a message. Web hosting will be provided soon and chances to make your unique team be decided on a unique basis. I would also welcome any Commissioner advice as to the best way to Handel such a project!
